I don't usually pump because I'm a sahm so I can feed him directly.last night I went out for about 6 hours.my ds eats about every 2 hours sometimes more frequently, like just before bed and upon wakening and sleeps 8-10 hours at night,gaining weight etc.my question is...I pimped last night when I got home and this morning I saw milk in fridge.there is virtually no fat on top since seperating and I remember from previous pumping with him and my dd that there was a lot if it.I'm not dieting nor am I eating no fat, just ask my butt my belly and my thighs lol.ww do occasionally supplement with formula and he'll take about 9 ounces like its nothing and be satisfied for 4 hours. A friends car didn't start, no clicking noise?

How did GM manage to get such little power out of their motors?

Ok so I like GM products a lot. I think they are pretty good looking a feel pretty solidly built. One thing that has always bothered me is how they got so LITTLE power out of such big motors. Take the 3400 series V6 that comes in many Pontiac sedans. It has 180HP. FROM 3.4 LITERS!!!! Or how the classic 5.7L V8 that was in many camaros manages to barely break 200 HP. I mean I know technology has advanced but not THAT much. AND they were still making a lot of these motors into 2005 when WAY smaller motors produced more HP and torque. A Honda 4 banger of the same period could pump out over 200 HP. A 2003 Acura 3.2L V6 produced 240HP in the TL type S. They couldn't get more than 180 out of a 3.4? If you have 3.4 or 5.7 liters of motor it almost seems impossible not to get more power out of them. So I guess my question is, what design flaw or oversight existed to allow these monster motors to produce such tiny amounts of power?

At 5 months I switched my daughter from breast to pumped bottles. At 6 month I started trying the sippy cup. I just offered it for one feeding a day. She was really messy with it but I figured that was normal. Now at 10 month old she is still incredibly messy with it and generally gives up halfway through her bottle. I offer it at every feeding except the one right before bed where I give her a regular bottle and she finishes that one neatly. I use toppy tippy sippy cups with the soft rubber sippy cap. This question is about a close friend. So he went home and drank lots of water, however over the last week the numbness has came back in the left arm, left leg. Also, 2 nights ago he had EXTREME chest pain, hard to breath. He only takes testosterone (for having low testosterone) and lexapro. So I took him to the ER and they did an EKG, chest XRAY, head CT, and blood work and everything came back normal. He's still having the same pain. He's drinking lots of water and relaxing. The numbness wont go away in his left arm, causing him to drop things, and chest is hurting again. He doesnt drink or takes illegal drugs. What could it be????

I started giving blood in June, 2010 and gave once a quarter until March, 2011. I was also placed on Prevacid at Rx level in the 3rd quarter of 2010 and remained on it until March, 2011. My iron level dropped from 188 in Oct. 2009 to 16 in May, 2011. It is my understanding that frequent blood donation, especially for someone over 65, can lead to iron deficiency anemia. During that same period my hemoglobin dropped from 16.2 to 15 and, since stopping Prevacid, and taking iron supplements has increased to 15.8. Iron has only increased to 42 from16 after 6 weeks of SloFE tabs.

2005 dodge neon sxt burning smell?

Hey All.....77,000 Miles 05 dodge neon sxt....The Fuel pump just went out and I changed it a few weeks ago...Also the Battery Wiring Harness was changed with a new battery about a Month and half ago...I just changed the spark plugs and wires about a week ago....The Car runs awsome now, but now I can smell a burning smell, its not coming from any thing I have done recently, but I noticed it seems like the exhaust is running a little hotter than usual, but I can't tell where the smell is coming from, I have searched every square inch of the engine and the only thing I can find is the Heat Covers on the Wires and hoses around the exhaust seem to be getting a little hotter than usual and the rubber underneath the shield that covers the hose is getting soft so I think that might be the culprit.. No Check Light and the car runs great! I thought maybe the exhaust is just running hotter than usual because the motor is running cleaner and maybe burning the fuel hotter or something? Please Help, going on a little road trip this weekend....

I'd bet your fuel pump is not original, so it's difficult to tell what is happening. A lot of the double diaphragm pumps have a "sight bowl" there fuel collects if the pump malfunctions. You really should have a marine mechanic have a look at this, because it's both an issue of safety, and you may be missing other parts in the fuel system.

Well, I've always loved drawing, and art has always interested me. When I got to secondary school, the time came when I had to choose my subjects for GCSE. I had always thought I'd go for art.. but I didn't. And this was simply because I thought I wasn't good enough. I didn't want to embarrass myself by being the worst in the class. I got B's in them all aside from IT where I got an A. I was disheartened by my B's though as I did try incredibly hard >.> My graphics coursework was one of the best :S But I guess the exam I did brought it down lol. Anyway, the time then came to choose a levels. Ah, I was so confused. I felt as though I should pick sciences... I was good at science... Lol, I did compare myself to others again and did get a tad put off, but i did it anyway this time as I got A's for GCSE in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. So yeah, I chose those for A levels. Including psychology. I do still love to draw though >.< And I guess I figured, something creative wouldn't go with those subjects. Anyway now here I am doing the a levels, and yes I'm finding them so difficult D: I'm not sure if I can even handle the stress, everytime it comes close to exams (like now) I get so tearful with stress, my appetite goes, resulting in less energy, meaning I'm more tired, so less studying >.< My teachers aren't even that supportive.. Causes constant numbness in left arm?

This question is about a close friend. Almost a month ago he was at a friends house sitting on the couch and all of a sudden he got really weak and lightheaded and he didnt remember much after that except his friends were trying to lift him up and he was soaked in sweat. His friends girlfriend checked his blood sugar and it was only 144. His left arm, whole face, and left leg were all numb. For about an hour after that he was really dizzy, he didnt go to the hospital to get checked out cause he doesnt like to go the hospital (personal reasons). Anyways, a week later he went to his PCP and the dr said sounded like exahuastion and to drink lots of water. So he went home and drank lots of water, however over the last week the numbness has came back in the left arm, left leg. Also, 2 nights ago he had EXTREME chest pain, hard to breath. He only takes testosterone (for having low testosterone) and lexapro. So I took him to the ER and they did an EKG, chest XRAY, head CT, and blood work and everything came back normal. He's still having the same pain. He's drinking lots of water and relaxing. The numbness wont go away in his left arm, causing him to drop things, and chest is hurting again. He doesnt drink or takes illegal drugs. What could it be????

Trying to identify disease similar to "fainting goats"?

someone i know described to me a condition that she has where if she gets overly anxious, surprised, etc., her heart fails to pump enough blood to her brain. she ends up losing all of her senses and fainting, and if she is not flat on the ground, blood will not flow to her brain and she could sustain brain damage. it's the same idea as what's known as "fainting goats" disease, but it has to do with something that does not work properly specific in her heart, not her muscles or brain or anything else.

Noisy lifters after multiple ending head removals can cause clogged oil pump?

At one point on my 2000 Chev Monte Carlo, we discovered a cross threaded spark plug. Mechanic removed enging head to remove, prep hole for net plug hole. Then my lifters were noisy life never before. Take it back, the put new head on, and 6 lifters on the one side. Those lifters were installed 2 days after the head was removed because they had gotten the wrong ones. They had to restart the oil soak time. After thats ordeal was done, it was still noisy. I go back, and get another new head, and 12 new lifters (6 ea. side). That's 3 days of repais, and pick the car up and it's still noisy! Going into the engine that many times, clog the oil pump filter? Can that be why oil is not getting up to the top as how it sounds? If so, they should take care of that on their expense I would hope. Seemed to happen after they had vehicle 5 days from not having the right parts, etc. Thanks in advance! MR

How do i fix my hydraulic lift gate?

i have an older chevy truck that has an older monarch lift gate. i had the motor pump and the rest of the unit rebuilt. after i picked it up and put it in the way i took it out it wont work. there is power. the switch is working fine. when you try to bring it up is gives it a good shot and tenses up but it doesnt want to pull it up. its trying but everything i do i cant get it to go up. i had hydraulic oil and drained that out because the company says that tranny fluid is better to use so i put that in. i have beed told to bleed it but im not sure if i did it right whats the best way? the whole motor pump and anything connected to that is new. thefluid line seemed fine. is there a bleeded? how do you think i could fix this. i need it to work badly, im 17 on a budget useing this truck daily its killing me. any help would be awesome thanks

My reading is 181 (1.81) and .44 free. Doctor is willing to give me monthly testosterone shots. My symptoms concur with people who have low T - fatigue, weak erection and libido, moody, hot easy, not sleeping well. I do, however, weight 270 at 6' 1", and I know that obesity can contribute. Fuel Pump Question, for a 1997 Chevy Malibu 2.4L?

Power steering not working?

My car's (1999 Chrysler Concorde 2.7L) power steering isn't working. The car was sitting for about a year and I have got it back to running. The power steering isn't working on it. When the car is running I can see inside the pump and see the fluid turning inside but the wheel is hard to turn unless driving at a low/high speeds. Can someone identify this Winchester .22 Long rifle?

I recently inherited a Winchester .22 Long rifle from my grandfather when he passed away. I have been trying to look for information on the gun online to see if there's anything I need to know before I shoot it. But I can't find the gun anywhere! I know it is Winchester because it is branded as such on the barrel. I also know it is .22 long because it is designated as such below the Winchester stamp. But I am unsure of the model. The gun is quite old (I don't know manufacture date but it's been around for decades) and I don't think it's made anymore. The gun has a loading mechanism where rounds are inserted into a tube that leads up to the chamber. A spring loaded pole must be unscrewed and puled out to expose a cartridge shaped hole on the bottom of the tube (which is below the barrel) to load rounds. The gun has a pump action that also cocks a fully functioning hammer (a possible substitute?) It's fairly easy to field strip as one tool-less screw needs to be undone to open the chamber. Can anyone enlighten me as to the model number of this gun as I'm looking forward to learning more about it and taking it out to shoot. If I get the chance I will upload photos to provide added clarity. Any help is much appreciated!

Broken Super Soaker Arctic Blast?

I have a Super Soaker Arctic Blast. It is blue/green/orange and is about a year old. Whenever I pump the gun it shoots out a small water stream out of the stream nozzle. Well it depends on your TV really. You can either use an external recording software on it like Dazzle. But if you want to do it directly through a camera (not filming the screen) then you will have to see if your TV has output plugins (similar to the input plugins that you plug your video game AV cords into). If it does and your camera has an output plugin on it, then you can use an adapter to output the TV image and sound directly onto your camera as a video. I recommend using something like Dazzle though. The output method forces you to play your video game on the small screen of your video camera.

Coleman Powermate Powerwasher starts but then stalls?

I have a Coleman Powermate Powerwasher Model PW0912201 with the Honda GCV160 Engine. It starts fine but then shuts down immediately as if there is a shut off valve. the manual states there is a low oil shut off for the gas engine but that is not the condition,it has oil. I checked spark plug, carburetor and air filter and all appear fine. Even tried a new spark plug and draining and cleaning the carburetor float bowl to no avail. Gasoline is from last year but it has a stabilizer in it and have been using the same gas to run my mower for 5 weeks so I think it may have something to do with the pump. Is there something that the pump may have that could be causing it to shut down like that. Or what else do you think is wrong . Thanks.

I have a 2000 honda crv. The check engine light came on about a month ago and the car started shaking when idling and stopping. We drove to the auto parts store and they scanned it and came up with codes po300-po304 which is random misfire of cylinders and misfire of all cylinders. We replaced the plugs, plug wires, distributer cap, rotor, ignition coil, fuel pump, and air filter. It still does exactly the same thing and we dont know whats wrong. 1992 Dodge Dakota missing when you kick it down?

I have a 1992 Dodge Dakota with a 318 motor in it. Sometimes, when you go to kick it down, it'll start to really miss and spit and spatter, and wont go over 3,000 rpms because it will hesitate so bad. I have replaced the spark plugs twice, the wires, and the coil just above the power steering pump. It gets really annoying when you try to pass someone, and you have to keep the rpms below 3,000. When you kick it into 3rd gear, it'll actually slow down because it misses so bad. I was thinking it might be the fuel pump, but i dont want to spend $180 for nothing. I have 2 daughters, dd1 is 15 and in year 10 and dd2 is 13 and in year 8. I played basketball, I'm 18, and my case sounds very similar to yours! I would get really tired during exercise and have trouble breathing. My resting heart rate is normally right around 100 but it has gotten up to 120 before. I have tachycardia and an arrhythmia. My blood tests showed no thyroid problem as well! I too had a 24 hour monitor and tried beta blockers which lowered my blood pressure too low. Hi. I'm a 16 year old boy, 5'8", 160 pounds, but I feel as if though I have not yet completed or even gone through most of puberty. My voice is higher than all my friends, and while still not as high as it was a boy, it is still pretty loud. My skin is very soft to the touch, and I have little to no arm hair, and my leg hair is barely visible. I do have pubic hair, but one thing I am worried about is that my semen is still clear, not white. I HAVE HAD MY HEART CHECKED, A STRESS TEST,ECHO, AND HAD DYE PUT IN MY VEINS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT CLOGGED. IT ALL COMES BACK OK. I HAVE ALSO HAD AN MRI AND BLOOD TESTS THAT COME BACK OK. THE DR CHECKED TESTOSTERONE LEVEL AND CAME BACK OK. THE DR ALSO CHECKED MY GALLBLADDER DO TO THE CHEST PAINS AND IT CAME BACK OK.WHEN I HAVE THESE FEELINGS I GET SOMEONE TO CHECK MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND BLOOD SUGAR AND BOTH ARE NORMAL. I THOUGHT MAYBE BLOOD SUGAR DO TO THE FACT THAT I GET TIRED AT TIMES AFTER EATING SOMETHING SWEET. THE FEELING IS KIND OF HARD TO EXPLAIN...ITS KIND OF LIKE IM NOT GETTING ENOUGH BLOOD FLOW/OXYGEN THROUGHOUT MY BODY, ITS HARD TO FOCUS ON THINGS AND SEEMS MY MIND IS CLOUDY AT TIMES. I KNOW SOME OF THE THINGS GOING ON CAN BE ANXIETY FROM BEING WORRIED ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING WHEN I GET THE CHEST PAINS, BUT SOMETHING HAS TO BE CAUSING THESE THINGS TO HAPPEN OTHER THAN ANXIETY. SOMETIMES A SYMPTOM THAT GOES ALONG WITH THE BLURRED VISION IS IT SEEMS LIKE A WHITE FILM IS OVER MY EYES WHERE I HAVE TO BLINK A LOT OR RUB MY EYES TO GET IT TO GO AWAY. THESE THINGS GOING ON HAS BEEN EFFECTING MY LIFE. I CANT DO AS MUCH WITH MY KIDS AS I WOULD LIKE TO AND IT SEEMS LIKE EVERY TIME I GO IN TO GET SOMETHING CHECKED WITH THE HOPES OF FINDING OUT WHAT IS WRONG I HAVE TO START OVER BECAUSE IT CHECKS OUT OK. Hi, I'm a m2f transgender woman. I started taking estradiol and a testosterone blocker about 2 months ago as prescribed from my doctor, and while it's very early on I know there's been a little bit of change I've noticed. However so far there doesn't seem to be any sort of lack of body hair growth. I know that the hormones don't really effect facial hair, but I heard that they do stop or at least slow down most body hair. Why is my jeep low in power?

I believe that has a mechanical pump mounted on the side of the engine, you could pull the outlet line (at the pump or at the carb inlet) and see if it's pushing fuel while the engine is being cranked. Troubleshoot why your not getting fuel and go from there.

HELP TRYING TO GET PREGNANT?

Me an My boyfriend have been trying for 7-9 months and not getting any results so i've went to three doctors during that 7-9 mo. gap. first one I had diagnosed me with dub (Dysfunctional uterine bleeding) due to hormone imbalance, because i would come on my period and stay on for 3 weeks or more. I honestly thought it was normal because heavy bleeding prolonged bleeding runs in my mothers side of the family. But of course i was wrong, she gave me birth control pills to balance my hormones and she claimed that this DUB shouldn't have been stopping me from getting pregnant,she told me to take the bc for 3 months and to just eat healthy and i'll be fine. I did that but after still no baby and my DUB is still here. The next two doctors said the exact same thing. Now i recently met a new doc who better explained to me what was going on "thank god" she said that I have a high level of testosterone and the fact im overweight is not allowing me to ovulate sadly and she said its also a possibility of PCOS she basically prescribed that I take bc but also explained there's no way to know how long it will take for my hormones to act right. I said i'd do it but while im doing it i want to help my body balance hormones and loose this weight.
