How to write in cursive neatly and fast?

Okay, I STINK at cursive. And it takes me like five minutes to write a sentence in cursive! I already know how to write in cursive, but I can't write it fast, or neat. Please help its kinda embarrassing. Also if you have any tips for writing neat and fast in print too, that would be great.
